VOT — Various Operations and Treasuries — provides operational and organizational support across the Taragona Circle ecosystem. It was established in 2023 as the Circle's projects and communities expanded and needed stronger organization.
Ideas require structure in order to develop. VOT exists to give the Circle's other initiatives the organizational backbone, resources, and continuity they need — covering operations, infrastructure, resource organization, community management, project coordination, organizational systems, and treasury-related activities.
Established in 2023, a year after Cyber Lab, VOT developed directly from the need for stronger organization as the Circle's projects and communities grew beyond what informal coordination could support.
VOT is the organizational structure supporting the entire ecosystem. It sits at the end of the Circle's technology chain — Digital (Cyber Lab) → Hardware (Red Rock Engine) → Organization (VOT) — turning what the other two build into coordinated, sustained initiatives.
VOT has operated as a structured division since 2023 and continues to support operations and resource organization across the Circle.
As Taragona Circle continues to expand — including the planned addition of Loway Marshas Society — VOT is expected to take on a growing organizational role in coordinating new departments as they form. No specific future projects have been announced beyond this general direction.
