Overview

Cyber Lab is the software-oriented technological division of Taragona Circle. Established in 2022, it was one of the earliest major specialized initiatives within the ecosystem, exploring software systems, digital technologies, computing, digital architecture, automation, cyber intelligence, and experimental software projects.

Purpose

Cyber Lab exists to give the Circle's ideas a technical home in software — advancing its understanding of digital systems, how software is built, how it behaves, and how intelligence can be embedded into automated systems. It represents the digital and software-focused technological direction of the Circle, approached with the same rigor applied to its physical and scientific research.

History

Established in 2022, Cyber Lab was the first structured division to emerge from the Circle's founding conversations — giving the collective's early ideas a technical home before VOT, Red Rock Engine, Argo, UAV, Mezolved, or Quariuam followed.

Fields of Interest

Software Systems Digital Technologies Computing Digital Architecture Automation Cyber Intelligence Experimental Software

Connection

Cyber Lab represents the digital side of the Circle's technology ecosystem. Its natural counterpart is Red Rock Engine — where Cyber Lab explores the software and systems layer, Red Rock Engine builds the physical and hardware layer beneath it. Together with VOT, the three form a single chain: Digital → Hardware → Organization.

Current Status

Active

Cyber Lab has been operating as a structured division since 2022 and remains one of the Circle's earliest and most established initiatives.

Future Direction

As the Circle's other divisions mature, Cyber Lab is expected to remain the connective software layer between them — supporting new initiatives with digital tooling as they emerge. No specific future projects or achievements have been announced beyond this general direction.
